Not responsive to customer requests. Lost a $400 pair of shoes and refuse to call me back or resolve the situation. Bad customer service......
we tried this place out because they pick up and deliver, well it turns out they dont actualy do that. We dropped off our clothes and were told to expect them on Monday, when they didn't show up on Monday we were told to expect them on Tuesday, when they didn't show up on Tuesday I called and was told that they had a sick driver and we could expect the clothes on Friday which was way to long to wait. When my husband went to pick up the clothes the next day one of his shirts was missing. They never found it. They over charge on the premiss that they have "free delivery" We were very unsatisfied with the service.
The seamstress is the best in the business, great job with the drycleaning.
